Application Process

The application for a commercial real estate loan is a little more involved than providing a 1003 and credit report. Many lenders subscribe to vastly different underwriting perimeters. Generally in order for us to provide our clients with a Letter of Interest (LOI) we will need the items from our Submission Checklist forwarded to us so we can screen the deal to ensure the request is something we will be able to move forward on. This process can be time consuming so we suggest that clients with loan requests do one of two things. Call or e-mail us a brief summary of the loan request or you can use our Quick Application. One of our loan officers will call you in less than 24 hours.

Our Submission Checklist page highlights the items we will generally need to screen a deal and issue a LOI. We can get away with requests not having every item on this list but the more items provided the better we can determine the feasibility of the deal.
