About UsPremier Commercial Lenders is an authorized agent for American Security Bank. We represent American Security Bank's wholesale commercial loan products. Brian Evans, President - has over 15 years experience in the commercial lending business, starting as an SBA lender for CIT before moving on to conventional lenders Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of the West. As an Authorized Agent rather than a Business Development Officer for the Bank we are able to offer our clients wholesale commercial lending products as a lender but maintain the flexibility to work with other affiliate lenders on deals that may not fit the bank's lending perimeters. This allows us to offer our clients the best of both worlds by screening deals as a bank first and finding a home for the deal as a mortgage lender if necessary or requested. We have learned over the years how to speed up the commercial loan process which enables us to offer faster turnaround times and better service to our clients. Most of our deals are other lender turn downs. We specialize in getting deals closed. |
